Job description
1. Prepare and verify documents related to job applications and various tests.
2. Coordinate and manage job postings across various media to maximize effectiveness.
3. Contact and schedule interviews for candidates as per the designated time.
4. Conduct interviews and select personnel using the specified methods to meet the organization’s goals.
5. Prepare recruitment and selection reports.
6. Organize training participant information for internal training and summarize the training attendance report.
7. Prepare documents and manuals for internal training for participants.
8. Arrange the venue, equipment, and tools required for internal training.
9. Collect documents and reports to send to the Skill Development Center for both internal and external training programs.
10. Manage employees’ benefits claims in accordance with the company’s welfare manual.
11. Develop tools and professional selection processes for both new hires and employees eligible for promotion, in line with the company’s policy.
12. Prepare and process employee working hours to be sent to the payroll system.
13. Perform assigned tasks successfully and deliver them on time, including addressing any immediate issues that may arise.
Applicant qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
2. Age: 23 years and above.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
4. Able to work well under pressure.
5. Experience will be considered an advantage.
