Chemical Preparation: Prepare chemical solutions and reagents required for laboratory analysis.
Wastewater Analysis: Conduct quality analysis of wastewater within the biogas system and manage external sample testing according to the defined schedule.
Data Recording & Reporting: Record analytical results and summarize wastewater quality reports for the biogas system.
Lab Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of laboratory equipment, instruments, glassware, and the overall laboratory facility.
Inventory Management: Prepare lists of required materials, instruments, and chemicals for wastewater analysis to initiate procurement requests.
Budget Planning: Plan the consumption of laboratory supplies and chemicals to support annual budgeting and procurement strategies.
Calibration Oversight: Maintain and monitor the calibration schedule for all biogas production instruments and equipment.
Anomaly Reporting & Troubleshooting: Immediately report any quality deviations to supervisors, assist in root cause analysis, and identify corrective actions.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless biogas production and prevent operational disruptions.
Research & Development: Study biotechnological applications and propose improvements for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction in biogas production.
Compliance & Quality Systems: Operate in accordance with ISO, GMP, Safety, 5S, RSPO Supply Chain, and Energy Conservation standards to achieve organizational goals.
Ad-hoc Assignments: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science) or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory analysis and biogas production processes.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in laboratory practices with certified training in sample analysis and laboratory safety.
Specialized Knowledge: Solid understanding of quality control and analytical methods specific to biogas production.
Computer Literacy: Competent in Microsoft Office, AI tools, and relevant professional software.
