Job Responsibilities
1. Maintenance & Budget Planning: Develop annual preventive maintenance (PM) plans and operational budgets.
2. System Oversight: Supervise maintenance operations according to Checklists, Work Instructions, and FACTORIUM CMMS, covering electrical, mechanical, and spare parts machining tasks.
3. Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee spare parts readiness, coordinate requisitions, and optimize Stock SCL (Spare Parts Control Level) for factory machinery.
4. Coordination & Data Management: Coordinate repairs with relevant departments; monitor maintenance outcomes and update calibration histories for tools, PM tasks, and machined parts in the Factorium system.
5. Performance Improvement: Provide technical guidance and recommendations to develop various maintenance strategies aimed at maximizing machinery efficiency in the production process.
6. Calibration Management: Supervise the calibration of measuring instruments to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and prepare formal calibration reports.
7. External Calibration: Review and approve the outsourcing of instrument calibration and maintain a comprehensive registry for all externally calibrated tools.
8. Asset Disposal: Oversee the inspection of electrical and mechanical tools and machinery designated for decommissioning and facilitate the asset disposal approval process.
9. Asset Documentation: Register new machinery from projects or replacements; manage and control technical manuals, standards, document registries, and maintenance files.
10. Technical R&D: Research new technologies and engineering trends to improve PM planning and enhance the team's technical skills and productivity.
11. Root Cause Analysis: Participate in analyzing machinery issues, identifying root causes, and summarizing PM performance to ensure the reliability of the maintenance system.
12. Stock Optimization: Collaborate on analyzing and adjusting Stock SCL levels to suit both new and existing machinery requirements.
13. Compliance & Quality Systems: Ensure all activities align with ISO, GMP, Safety, 5S, RSPO Supply Chain, and Energy Conservation standards.
14. Ad-hoc Assignments: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
– Education: High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, PM planning, and industrial budgeting within a factory environment.
– Core Competencies: Expert technical skills with a strong background in supervision, teamwork, and leadership.
– Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial machinery technology, repair methodologies, and maintenance budgeting.
– Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, AI tools, and relevant professional software (experience with CMMS is a plus).
