Design & Estimation: Oversee and take responsibility for design studies, technical drafting, and cost estimation to ensure timely completion for management approval.
Project Scheduling: Plan assigned projects by defining detailed activities using specialized software. Present plans for approval and delegate tasks to the team or relevant working groups as appropriate.
Coordination & Monitoring: Coordinate all project activities with contractors and stakeholders while strictly supervising project performance.
Documentation Audit: Review and verify the accuracy of all project-related documents and supporting data for each activity before submission to supervisors.
Consultancy & Problem Solving: Provide guidance and consultation to the team; analyze problems, identify root causes, and summarize findings for various departments.
Budget Control: Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure they remain within the approved budget.
Progress Tracking: Track project milestones and communicate progress to key stakeholders through reports at appropriate intervals (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually).
Standards & Documentation: Establish operational standards and manuals; manage and maintain a systematic document control registry for all project records.
Research & Development: Stay updated on new technologies and innovations to improve project efficiency and enhance the team’s technical knowledge and performance.
Compliance & Quality Systems: Oversee project activities to ensure alignment with ISO, GMP, Safety, 5S, RSPO Supply Chain, and Energy Conservation standards.
Ad-hoc Assignments: Perform other duties as assigned by executive management.
Qualifications
Education: High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, planning, and industrial budgeting within a factory environment.
Key Skills: Expert-level technical skills with strong capabilities in site supervision, teamwork, and leadership.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in engineering design, drafting, and project proposal writing. Deep understanding of industrial machinery technology and project administration.
Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, AI tools, and relevant professional software.
