Develop annual safety action plans: Review laws, assess legal compliance, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
Handle legal documentation and reporting: Submit required reports to government agencies and manage the renewal of various certificates and licenses.
Create training and PR materials: Prepare internal safety orientation materials for new employees and safety training for new contractors.
Manage emergency plan documentation: Oversee the review of emergency plans, coordinate training/drills, and prepare reports for all safety-related activities.
Manage ISO 14001 documentation: Maintain and update documents for the Environmental Management System.
Support the Occupational Health and Safety Committee (OH&S): Manage meeting documentation and conduct regular safety inspections (Safety Patrol) within the organization.
Monitor environmental quality reports: Handle reports on environmental measurement/CoP and other environment-related activities.
Internal coordination: Act as the coordinator for safety and environmental matters within the organization.
Ensure compliance with management systems: Operate in accordance with ISO, GMP, SAFETY, 5S, RSPO Supply Chain, and Energy Conservation standards to support organizational quality goals.
General assignments: Complete assigned tasks on time and effectively handle immediate issues or situational problem-solving.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administrative work with the ability to work well under pressure.
Technical Skills: Knowledge or experience in ISO 14001 systems.
